8/20/17 - CAROL BUNDY SPEAKS OUT ABOUT THE INJUSTICES DURING THE ONGOING TRIAL FOR (4) MEN IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS....IN THIS TRIAL THE PROSECUTION BROUGHT FORTH EVIDENCE AND WITNESSES WHO ARE WITH THE GOVERNMENT FOR 8 DAYS. WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR THE DEFENSE FOR THEIR EVIDENCE AND WITNESSES, THE JUDGE WOULD NOT ALLOW THEIR DEFENSE IN THIS TRIAL. THE JURY ENDED UP GOING INTO DELIBERATION QUITE SUDDENLY AND HAVE BEEN THERE SINCE 8/17/17. WE ARE ALL PRAYING THAT THE JURY SEE THROUGH THE CORRUPTION AND COME BACK WITH A NOT GUILTY. HOWEVER IN A PREVIOUS TRIAL UNDER THIS JUDGE WHEN THE JURY DID THAT, THE JUDGE CHANGED THE JURY FORM AND SCRATCHED OUT THEIR NOT GUILTY AND DECIDED IT WOULD BE A HUNG JURY, SO THOSE MEN IN THAT TIER ARE STILL IN PRISON AWAITING ANOTHER TRIAL.
7/14/17 - HERE IS MEL BUNDY'S WIFE AND ERIC PARKER'S WIFE, TALKING ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THEIR HUSBANDS WHO ARE STANDING TRIAL ....THERE IS A LOT GOING ON, AND THE JUDGE IS NOT ALLOWING THESE DEFENDANTS TO HAVE THEIR CASES HEARD. THERE IS SO MUCH THAT IS GOING ON VIOLATING THESE MENS' RIGHTS AND ALL OUR POLITICAL PRISONER'S WHO ARE HEADING TO TRIAL AT LATER DATES.
3/22/17 - NEVADA TRIALS GOING ON TODAY - GAVIN SEIM WITH WHAT HAPPENED - ONE OF OUR PRISONERS EXPOSED AS AN FBI INFORMANT!
After hearing from the Prosecution (United States) in District Court in Nevada, Judge Navarro presiding, for a week, it was now time for the Defendants to have their cases heard starting April 3, 2017.
Previously this Judge has made it very clear, that the Constitution is not allowed to be mentioned in this court. The very thing she promised to uphold to take the bench.
Monday was not a good day for the Defendants in this court. They were not allowed to show any kind of emotions, they were told that many of their witnesses could not take the stand by this corrupt Judge.
On Monday the first day, the prosecution submitted a Motion for the Judge and the motion was " Motion to Exclude Evidence of the Fears, Perceptions, Motives or Beliefs, of Third Party Participants in the Events of April 12th and to Exclude Evidence of the Events of April 6th and 9th".
