Ammon Bundy's Emergency Motion To Enjoin Prosecution, Dismiss with Prejudice, and Other Relief filed on 9/12/16 had everything in it for any judge to hear it and if following rules of the Court would have approved this Motion. Since these defendants have appeared before this Judge, there has been many rulings not according to rule of law. Listen to this U-Tube video below wherein this Emergency Motion is explained in detail and how much case law there is in this Emergency Motion, even a recent Court ruling in favor of this Defendant's Emergency Motion....this proves even more that this is a kangaroo Court in which these Defendant's are now being tried.

In his opening testimony, Sheriff Dave Ward linked Ammon Bundy to two unrelated murders of police officers. Despite objections by both Ammon's attorney and Ryan Bundy, Judge Anna Brown reluctantly advised the jurors not to consider that portion of his testimony. But the damage is done and the Bundys have filed a motion for mistrial due to the prejudice caused to the minds of the jury. This video contains the text of the motion, which clearly explains the error by both Ward and Brown......Sadly, this Motion was denied on Friday, 9/16/16 by Judge Anna Brown.
Ammon Bundy's Motion for a Mistrial Or, In The Alternative, Other Relief filed on 9/13/16. This document was sealed by the Judge because she claimed that it contained rough excerpts from trial testimony that were not from the official court reporter's transcript. Mumford's mistrial motion though quickly circulated on social media regardless. I was fortunate to get this Motion before it was sealed.

Ammon Bundy told US District Court Judge Anna J. Brown that her unjust rulings against the defense throughout the trial has made it necessary for him to take the stand beginning Tuesday. Ammon plans to explain the true reasons that the occupiers entered the Oregon Refuge and stood up to the federal government.

Nevada Defendants Accuse The Government Of Tampering With BLM Video Evidence In Cliven Bundy Case
Las Vegas Nevada: Defendants in the case of United States vs Cliven Bundy et al .. are accusing the BLM [Bureau of Land Management] and the FBI of altering dashboard and body-cam video in an attempt to cover-up their aggressiveness during the 2014 protest that led to the arrest of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and 18 others.
Defendants are also accusing the FBI “infiltration team” who posed as a documentary film crew called Long Bow, of editing video at crucial moments to make defendants who gave interviews look guilty of crimes they did not commit.
On 5 different occasions the defendants in the case say that video used to gain their indictments, and create the Government's narrative that has kept them all in jail pending trial, was clearly altered at crucial moments to hide what they believe would expose the BLM as the aggressors and not the “victims” as Prosecutor Steven Myhre contends.
We have found at least 5 different clear cases of evidence tampering and have only viewed 1/4 of the discovery that was recently released to us by the Prosecutors office say defendants, who have begun the process of creating a power point demonstration that will be viewed by defense attorney’s on October 7, 2016.
